Grand Bend Speedway Updates

Drivers: Looking Ahead to 2027

Looking ahead to 2027, this season of competition will have a focus on drivers and community:
  • A new day of the week: competition will now take place on Sundays (a change from Saturday events of the past).  This schedule avoids competing with other tracks and will not run on long weekends.  Selected development divisions will now have the opportunity to run on Wednesdays.
  • A “festival of racing” at each event: the track will be providing an opportunity for a wide variety of divisions to compete on a large racing card.  Drivers, families/crew will be able to enjoy a day at the race track.  Gates will open at 9:00 am and racing will begin once hot laps and driver’s meeting is complete (expected to be around 12:30) and expected to wrap up before 6:00 pm for the last race.  Each division will run two main-event feature races.
We are seeking the opportunity for the following divisions (listed below) to compete as home track classes and would like to hear from each possible group then get a meeting figured out to finalize things.  If your division/group is not on the list and you would be interested in racing as a home track class please reach out to us.
For the divisions below, no responses would indicate no interest in the division at this time and the opportunity would be removed.  Contact us to let us know your interest!
