Why is it important to Register and purchase a Membership?
- Shows commitment to the track (promoters need to know racer numbers in order to properly plan the season).
- Shows commitment to other racers (all racers want to know that others are also racing).
- Show commitment to Division Sponsors (difficult to Sell a Division Title Sponsorship with no registered drivers).
- OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU: when you show your commitment now, we will pay that back during the racing season with a SPEEDWAY BUCKS gift card to help out with your race day expenses.
- In addition, DYK – Speedway Bucks cards can be refilled with a 10% discount?
Grand Bend Speedway Membership Benefits:
- Unlimited discounted Practice Pricing of $40/session (Regular Price – $100/session)

STEP #2: NASCAR LICENSE REGISTRATION
NASCAR registration forms are completed online here. See this list of frequently asked questions about NASCAR registration here for common questions.
- Register under: NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series
- NASCAR Late Model need a “Feature Division Driver License” while all other NASCAR classes need a “Charger Division Driver License“.
- Note: Mini Truck, Junior Sprint (A) and Rookie Sprint (B) do not participate in the NASCAR licensing program.
We are excited to welcome you to Grand Bend Speedway! This information is provided for drivers racing in one of our weekly classes (not intended for visiting touring classes).
We would love to know that you will be joining us at one of our events. If you wish, please reach out to us by e-mail (ontrackventures@gmail.com) so that we know you are coming and can answer any questions you have.
To participate in a Grand Bend Speedway event, there are two registrations to complete:
- A single-night NASCAR Weekly Series license (completed at the track the day of the event). Note: Junior Sprints & Kid Stocks do not participate in NASCAR licensing.
- Single-night Grand Bend Speedway Membership ($25/event paid from your payout).
For your scoring transponder: many drivers have their own scoring transponder. If you do not have one, they can be rented for $20/event.

NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series
Race for the Championship!
- Drivers in the NASCAR Advance Autoparts Weekly Series complete for championships across North America, earning local championships using their home tracks point system, while earning National, Regional and State points utilizing the NASCAR points system.

GBS encourages drivers to purchase and own their own Westhold transponders. Wired transponders are available for purchase at the track (see below). Drivers can also purchase a wireless version (ie. for sprint cars with no battery for hard wiring) through other supplies as these are not yet available for purchase through GBS.
For drivers who are racing a limited number of events, transponder rentals are available for $20/event.
