Racing Season Opens Saturday

Grand Bend Speedway’s 2023 season kicks off on Saturday night at 7:00 pm with a full slate of competition and The Outside Groove Bar will be open during the races! The Landshark Stage featuring live bands and music after the races will have its GRAND OPENING next weekend, Saturday May 27th!

Competition this season is a fast-paced “features only” format.  When each division takes to the track drivers will be battling it out for full championship points with the full field drivers in competition.  Each class will run two full-length feature events.  Divisions in competition on Saturday include V8 Stocks, Mini Stocks, Bone Stocks as well as development competition from the Junior Late Models and Junior Sprints.

There will also be a King of the Hill Spectator’s Race where fans can take their street-legal, street-driven vehicles and enter them into one-on-one two-lap races around the track.  There is no cost to enter King of the Hill competition other than the regular general admission.  Participants can register at the pit gate after they have purchased their regular admission.

General admission seating includes access to the lawn chair area as well as the grandstand.  Pits are open free of charge after the event to get an up close look at the racing vehicles.
